Erna’s service was a godsend on our trip to New York. Esena, the nanny who watched our 10 month old boy, was so friendly, reassuring, prompt, and professional. She was so sweet and engaged with our son. Everything was super organized and easy. I don’t know what we would have done on our trip without this.

ERNA is amazing! We needed child care for our toddler last minute on a weekend. I was a little anxious how it would go, because our daughter was only ever cared after by one of four people in our family. However, as soon as I met Aleya, I knew this was a match made in heaven. Erna has a great communication style and is part of a large community to connect parents and nannies. She is super reliable and very comfortable in helping out and with our son. She also has the same age child as us, so we are grateful for that perspective, as parents.
